That is the only channel we run. We do not take enquiries by phone or on social platforms, so nothing gets lost between them.
We are based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We do not publish a street address because we do not hold client meetings at an office.
How quickly do you reply?
Within two business days. Working week is Monday to Friday, Pakistan Standard Time.
If you have not heard back in that window, send the message again. It is more likely that something went to spam than that we ignored you.
Looking for a consultant? Use the form instead
If you need a licence and want a shortlist of advisers, the form is faster than email. It asks the questions we would otherwise have to email you to get, which usually saves two days.

What we will not reply to
- Requests to help avoid or work around a regulator’s requirements
- Offers to pay for coverage, a mention, a link or a higher ranking on our panel
- Bulk marketing and SEO outreach
What happens to your email?
It goes to one inbox that the team reads. We use it to answer you, and for nothing else.
We do not sell, rent or share your details, and we do not add you to any list you did not ask for. If you contact us about a licence, we do not pass your details to any consultant until you tell us which one you want an introduction to.

Reporting an error
We publish a lot and we will occasionally get something wrong. If you spot it, tell us.
Send the article, the sentence, and what the correct position is. If a document supports your point, include it. We respond within two business days whether or not we agree, and material corrections are marked and dated on the article itself.
