Does this site track you?
No. Sarzif Policy is a static website. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics script, and does not build a profile of you.
Two things do reach outside servers when you load a page, and you should know about both:

We do not have access to either set of logs. If you would rather avoid both, a tracker-blocking browser extension or a VPN will handle it.
We also use Google Search Console to see which search terms bring people here. Search Console reports aggregate search data to us. It does not place a cookie on this site and it cannot identify you individually.
What do you collect when I fill in the form?
The consultant matching form is a Google Form. When you submit it, the answers go to a Google account controlled by Sarzif Policy, and Google processes them under its own privacy terms.
We ask for: your name, work email, company name, the country and licence type you are applying for, what help you need, your stage, your budget band and your timeline.
We use those answers for one purpose: to match you with consultants and to reply to you.
Do you share my details with consultants?
Not until you say so.
When you submit the form, we screen our panel and email you a shortlist. Your name and company are not passed to any consultant at that stage.
We share your details only after you tell us which consultant you want an introduction to. If you never reply, nothing is shared with anyone.
What happens to emails I send you?
Emails to sarzifpolicy@gmail.com arrive in one Google inbox that the team reads. We use them to answer you.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not use your enquiry as an example or a case study without asking you first.
How long do you keep things?
- Matching requests: kept while the enquiry is active and for twelve months afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation if you come back. Then deleted.
- Emails: kept in the inbox unless you ask us to delete them.
- Everything else: we do not hold it, because we do not collect it.
Can I ask you to delete my data?
Yes, at any time. Email sarzifpolicy@gmail.com and say what you want removed.
You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, or ask us to correct it. We action requests within two business days and we do not require a reason.
Do you have accounts, logins or payments?
No. There is nothing to sign up for on this site, no login, and no payment is ever taken here. Nobody should ever ask you for card details, a password or a wallet seed phrase in the name of Sarzif Policy. If that happens, it is not us — please report it to sarzifpolicy@gmail.com.

We link to PVARA, and some articles link to other sites we cite. We do not control those sites and this notice does not cover them. Follow their own privacy notices when you visit.
Children
This site is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this notice
If what we collect changes — for example if we ever add analytics — we will update this page and change the review date before the change goes live, not after.
